The SOMMELIER 8 refrigerated wine dispenser by Klimaitalia is the ideal professional system for serving wine by the glass, ensuring freshness, quality, and a complete absence of oxidation. Designed for bars, restaurants, and wine shops, it allows you to store and serve up to eight 0.75-liter bottles, keeping them in optimal condition for up to 3-4 weeks.

The SOMMELIER 8 features two independent compartments with tempered glass doors and LED lighting. The temperature can be set from +4°C to +18°C, perfectly suited to white, rosé, and red wines.

Thanks to the nitrogen system, the dispenser dispenses wine with complete precision and cleanliness, preventing oxidation and preserving its aromas and organoleptic characteristics over time. The dosage is fully adjustable and allows you to select different quantities for each dispenser, up to a maximum of 33 cl per dose.

The digital display allows you to easily set all parameters and constantly monitor the internal temperature, offering immediate and intuitive control. Installation is simple and requires no special equipment, making the SOMMELIER 8 ready to use immediately.
