The RF 23A is a compact GN2/3 countertop blast chiller, ideal for bars and small businesses, which offers the performance of a large blast chiller thanks to the digital thermostat with “door opening” audible alarm, needle probe, blast chilling cycles at controlled temperatures or by time, automatic food preservation mode and end of blast chilling cycle.
