Self-supporting structure with base frame and height-adjustable feet in stainless steel. Top finish with laser cut to ensure a "head to head" combination of the tops and binding fixing of the same to each other. Shaped handles with elliptical section in AISI 304. Square cast iron plates with 4 kW power fixed to the top. Control with 7-position switch, for adjustments of 7 power intervals. Knobs in heat-resistant material with functional silk-screen printing on the edge. Electric oven: chamber made of 430 stainless steel and cast iron bottom. Heating by resistances placed under the bottom and in the vault. Oven temperature regulation by means of a thermostat, from 90°C to 300°C. Possibility of operating the oven either with heating only from the bottom, or only from the top or by operating both resistances by means of a selection switch. Sized to contain 2/1 GN containers.
