Self-supporting structure with base frame and height-adjustable feet in stainless steel. Top finish with laser cutting to ensure a "head to head" combination of the tops and binding fixing of the same to each other. Shaped handles with elliptical section in AISI 304. Square radiant plates measuring 30x30 cm with a double circuit of 4 kW power fixed under glass controlled by a thermostat with a maximum temperature of 420°C, when the plate reaches the desired temperature, only one circuit remains in operation to avoid excessive cooling of the cooking area.
