Stainless steel structure. Thermosetting plastic knobs. Heating obtained by means of stabilized flame burners with single or double crown with different powers. Each burner is equipped with a safety gas tap that allows you to adjust the power from maximum to minimum. Safety guaranteed by a thermocouple kept active by the pilot burner flame. Top grids and burners in matt enamelled cast iron RAAF resistant to alkalis, acids and fire. Top grids positioned on a moulded basin with rounded edges to ensure ease of cleaning and protect against liquid overflow. Moulded trays with rounded edges in stainless steel placed under the burners and easily removable for cleaning. Tested with methane gas or LPG depending on the user's needs.
