Self-supporting structure with base frame and height-adjustable feet in stainless steel. Laser-cut top finish to ensure a “head to head” fit between tops and binding fixing of the same to each other. Shaped oval section handles in AISI 304. Raaf black enamelled cast iron grids. Self-stabilized flame burners in nickel-plated cast iron and flame spreaders in nickel-plated brass, sealed with the following characteristics: diameter 65 mm with continuous power regulation from 2 to 6 kW; diameter 95 mm with continuous power regulation from 3 to 10 kW. Control with safety tap and thermocouple and pilot flame protected against the accumulation of residues. Knobs in heat-resistant material with functional silkscreen printing on the edge. Electric oven: chamber made of stainless steel and sole with oven sole in superferritic stainless steel. Heating by means of resistances placed under the sole and in the vault. The oven temperature is regulated by means of a thermostat, from 90°C to 300°C. Possibility of operating the oven either with heating only from the bottom, or only from the top or by operating both resistances by means of a selection switch. Sized to hold 2/1 GN pans. Sealed oven door on oven front with temperature-resistant, guided silicone gasket. Safety thermostat to protect against oven thermostat malfunctions.
