The MAMA 15 Mother Yeast Fermenter is a technological machine with three work phases (Mixing, Maturation and Conservation) capable of generating and conserving liquid mother yeast, equipped with time and temperature control programs.

This innovative machine automatically manages the management of natural yeast, allowing for considerable savings in working hours and easier work with mother yeast, obtaining a product that is always uniform, fragrant and digestible.
