The Valoriani Rotary Oven, available in the combined gas and wood version, was born from the company's long experience in the field of refractories and was designed to overcome and reduce the critical issues of the products already on the market. It is an oven that is extremely simple and intuitive to use, equipped with a reliable control panel that allows you to easily manage all the essential functions, including heat management, ground rotation speed, cooking time and recirculation of the RHS System.
Main Features:
- Real terracotta floor: unlike other models on the market, the rotating surface is made of authentic refractory terracotta and not cement conglomerate.
- R.H.S.® System (Recycling Heating System): this patented system allows the recovery and exploitation of excess heat, circulating it at a very high temperature under the hob. This guarantees significant savings on consumption and allows you to maintain the high temperatures necessary to prepare true Neapolitan pizza.
- Burner and Booster: the oven is equipped with a customized Spitfire burner to satisfy every use need, with the possibility of installing a booster under the ground.
- Automated cleaning: it is equipped with practical self-cleaning brushes that automatically collect dirt and ash inside a removable drawer.
- Aesthetic customization: the design is highly customizable. It can be covered with anthracite-coloured metal sheets or take on the traditional dome shape. Countless options are available such as the mosaic covering, the "volcano" shape or "Neapolitan style like Verace", rectangular mouth, color change of the arch or the insertion of a plaque with logo.
