On the cooking surface there is a large hole for the draining of the fats in a large container with 2,9 lt capacity situated under the plate. Tube-shaped heating elements with cover made of stainless steel situated directly under the cooking plate. A thermostat sets the temperature of the plate. Working temperature adjustable from 90°C to 300°C. Supplementary safety thermostat with manual resetting. Smooth plate in big dimensions made of a special stainless steel that provides an excellent heat transmission. The mirror finishing of the plate guarantees the non-sticking and a very easy and rapid cleaning following the current norms. The full module item is provided with 2 completely separate plates so that it is possible to cook in 2 different ways and different temperatures. Knobs made of heat-absorbing material with functional screen printing on the boards. A teflon plug is available as an option to cover the hole and cook with some oil.
