Table finishing with laser cut in order to guarantee a perfect combination between different tables; they can be very well fasted. On the cooking surface there is a large hole for the draining of the fats in a large container situated under the plate. Heating obtained through tubular heating elements made of stainless steel installed directly under the cooking plate. A thermostat adjusts the temperature on the plate. It is possible to set it between 90°C and 300°C. A safety thermostat with manual reset is provided against every malfunction. Large plate in the versions: ½ smooth ½ grooved made of mild steel. It provides excellent heat transfer and is slightly inclined to allow the outflow of the fat towards the drain. Knobs made of heat-absorbing material with functional screen printing on the boards. Teflon stopper to plug the drain for any cooking in oil film available as an option.
