Aurea PH85 is the automatic hamburger and meatball maker designed for large professional kitchens, meat processing plants, and production lines that require speed, uniformity, and impeccable hygiene in the preparation of hamburgers and meatballs.

Thanks to the ventilated asynchronous motor and the mixing and dosing unit entirely made of AISI304 stainless steel, the PH85 operates continuously and quietly, ensuring pieces that are always identical in shape and weight. The 15-liter tank allows for a production rate of 1,200 burgers/hour and 2,400 meatballs/hour, with portion sizes ranging from 10 to 240g.
