Stainless steel structure. Double-walled, moulded oven door and sturdy handle. Thermosetting plastic knobs. Heating obtained by single-crown stabilised flame burners with different power levels. Each burner is equipped with a safety gas tap that allows you to adjust the power from maximum to minimum. Safety guaranteed by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame. Steel top grids covered with a layer of protective material and burners with stainless steel body and nickel-plated brass flame spreader. Top grids positioned on a moulded basin with rounded edges and burners hermetically fixed to the top to ensure easy cleaning. Static electric oven 1/1 GN and open compartment. Removable stainless steel oven grid. Oven bottom made of thick steel and reinforced by a series of ribs. Insulation of the cooking chamber and the oven door guaranteed by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures. Oven heating obtained by means of special resistances in steel resistant to high temperatures placed under the bottom and in the ceiling of the cooking chamber. Equipped with a thermostat that allows the temperature to be adjusted between 120°C and 300°C. Manually reset safety thermostat against overheating. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. Tested with methane gas or LPG depending on the user's needs.
