Maximo is the first new generation electric oven designed for cooking pizza, created by Valoriani in collaboration with the R&D Pizza Napoletana technician Eduardo Ore. Starting from the traditional dome shape typical of Valoriani, this model stands out for its elegant and customizable aesthetic shape, capable of easily integrating into any type of furniture.
Main Features:
- Reproduction of the flame: the upper resistances, arranged in a radial pattern and covered in opalescent quartz, work in synergy with the lower ones to excellently reproduce the effect and thermal output of a traditional wood-fired oven flame.
- Patented RHS® Evolution system: equipped with an advanced air recirculation system that creates a flow of steam to make cooking homogeneous, thus enhancing both the fragrance and consistency of the dough.
- High thermal insulation: the use of the best insulating materials, applied in high thicknesses, ensures perfect temperature maintenance and significant energy savings.
- Modular cooking surface: the Valoriani refractory material surface is divided into six modules (for extremely quick and simple replacement) and is offered in variants specifically designed for different types of cooking, such as classic or Neapolitan pizza.
- Optimal use of space: the shape of the dome and its materials have been designed to allow pizza chefs to easily use every point of the cooking chamber surface.
