This innovative model has been engineered to discharge the humidity produced during the cooking phase to the outside and, at the same time, retain all the heat generated by combustion inside the chamber

- Flexible delivery: the oven can be delivered already fully assembled (it can be moved with a forklift or crane arm, in the absence of steps and obstacles), or it can be assembled directly on site by company staff.
